INTRODUCTION
Peter HAJTO. has about 25 years experience; in Orientalism and international relations. He was only 18 when he first went to Cairo. Between 1972-75, he was completing his university studies at the Cairo American University and Lorand Eotvos University of Budapest. Later he became Deputy Director of the Hungarian Cultural Centre, New Delhi, India and spent five years at this assignment. His job was to popularize Hungarian art, specifically movies in India. He has traveled throughout the country, visited ancient Indian monuments and met the people. His proficiency in photography was further advanced through the influence of Elizabeth Brunner, prominent Hungarian painter living in India, also by outstanding Hungarian film directors; Istvan Gal, Sandor Sara, and, photo artist Istvan Toth. Mr. Hajto received his Doctorate on the Islam's role in India, at the Eotvos Lorand University of Budapest. He has started his Ph.D. studies at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. His studies focus on compairing the Christians' Saint, Assisi Saint Francis with the Muslims' Sufi Saint (Patron Saint of Delhi) , Hazrat Nizaniuddin Aulia. Mr.Hajto is member of the India International Photographic Council. Besides his work on human resource development. Mr. Hajto is also involved in goodwill, humanitarian, and charitative projects. His aim is help the needy, also his compatriots and Hungarians living abroad. He would like to use his oriental experiences in the transition process of his country. Also he wishes to serve his country to help accelerate the process of integration into the European Family.
